This is the fastest we have EVER sold a home (less than 30 days!). One of my favorite things about her was how quick she is to respond to texts and calls and taking care of everything. When our sellers (and their agent) became crazy difficult to work with we were truly afraid the deal would fall apart. ..was not an easy task. Lucky for us we found Heather Wooten with eXp Realty, Inc. From the beginning we let it be known we were only coming to TN to look, and wouldn't move until the beginning of 2022. Heather could have ignored us or told us to contact her when we were closer to wanting to move, but she didn't, she worked with us and understood our reasoning. We flew out in March of 2020 for 5 days, we looked at houses and areas. A few days later we put our deposit on a lot in a new development with an anticipated closing date of Dec. 2021. We even tried to move said build/move date up and through it all, Heather has been very professional, patient, and personal. As we get closer and my stress level increases, she has been our rock and is doing everything she can to make sure our new build with upgrades/wish lists is on track and that our questions are being answered in a timely fashion. Heather is honest and forthright - no games, which we appreciated since we are a couple thousand miles away. Heather knows the market, the area and she knows people. The moment we met her we knew she was someone we could trust and it felt as though we've known her for years. She is no longer our Real Estate Agent, she is our friend.
