About Heather

I'm a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee with eXp Realty, LLC here in Knoxville, TN. I have lived in Knoxville for over 20 years, so I know the area well. I also understand the challenges of relocation, as I am a certified relocation specialist and  I have helped dozens of people relocate to the Knoxville area from other states over the past 7 years. I am a graduate of the REALTOR® institute, earning my GRI designation in 2021 which provided me with advanced training on real estate practices and ethics. I have received the ICON award twice, in 2022 and 2025, which is the top 2% of agents in my brokerage globally. I was also recognized by Real Producers for being in the top 300 agents in production in my local MLS (East TN Association of Realtors) in 2023, top 500 in 2024, and top 300 in 2025. 

I handle every transaction with a personal and professional approach, as residential real estate is both a personal and a business transaction. My mission is to help you sell your home, find a home you love, and have FUN in the process. In my free time I enjoy cooking, reading, traveling, shopping, camping, spending time with friends, and volunteering. I volunteer for Joni & Friends, where I advocate for families affected by disability in the community through education, training, and meeting the needs of these families. These people remind me what life is really about and give me great joy so they are really serving me. I look forward to working with you!
